- Implicit model
One of the Models of the working hours should be set (ticked) as an implicit model. It means that if you do not assign some model of the working hours to some employee, he will obtained so called implicit model.
- Import of the fund into the wages
If the choice is ticked the planned fund is transmitted into the individual calendar along with the subsequent transfer during the elaboration of the attendance. This fund corresponds with the reported hours in the attendance.
Entering the attendance in intervals
Following items are important only for the entering of the attendance in intervals:
- Afternoon bonus demand
- Night bonus demand
- Saturday bonus demand
- Sunday bonus demand
- Feast day bonus demand
Items which are used for the automatic generation of the attendance
- Start of shift
- Shift end (not to fill usually)
The system completes the data of some employee during the automatic generation of the attendance in this way
Start of shift = Start of shift according to the model of the working hours (for example 6:00 a.m.)
Shift end = Start of shift he length of the shift for a concrete day which is determined from the plan/schedule (for example 6:00 a.m. + 8:00 a.m.= 2:00 p.m.)
You usually do not fill in the item Shift end in the model of the working hours. If the value is filled in it serves as a compulsory ending of the work at the specific hour for a certain model of the working hours.

- Počet vyr. obd. pro přesčasy - the number of the balancing periods for the overtimes
- Počáteční měsíc vyr. obd. pro přesčasy - The initial month of the balancing period for the overtimes
- Morning from - setting of the shift "from"
- Afternoon from - setting of the shift "from"
- Night from - setting of the shift "from"
- First meal ticket after - hours a minutes - number of hours and minutes. It means the period of time which is necessary for gaining the entitlement for the meal ticket.
- Second meal ticket after - hours and minutes - it is used for the case that the entitlement for two meal tickets per shift is gained after certain number of worked hours.
