Portal-Attendance-The demand on (entitlement for) the meal tickets and the deduction
The calculation of the entitlement for the meal tickets and the automatic deduction of the amount.
Settings
"Heavy" application
Setting of the expansive parameters:
- dochazka_strava (sk.9) - Set the value Yes
- kodstravneho (sk.3) - set the value of the payroll item on which the employee´s deduction of the allowance should be reported. (For example 927)
- cenastravenky (sk.9) - set the value of price of one meal ticket
The model of the working hours
In working time model fill in the item:
- First meal ticket after - hours and minutes - number of hours and minutes. It means the period of time which is necessary for gaining the entitlement for the meal ticket.
- Second meal ticket after - hours and minutes - it is used for the case that the entitlement for two meal tickets per shift is gained after certain number of worked hours.
Items
Items it is necessary to set the item if all the attendance codes for which the entitlement for the meal ticket occurs are taken into account. (For example the worked hours)
Employees with the entitlement
Question: Some employees do not have the entitlement for the meal tickets (for example during the probation). How to set it? Answer: It is necessary to do the setting individually with every employee – once. The model of the working hours which has the entitlement for the meal ticket will be assigned to the employee who has the entitlement for the meal tickets.
Processing
The result is evident after elaboration of the attendance into the wages on the side of the „heavy“ application. The code of the payroll item for the deduction of the meal ticket (for example 927) is automatically generated to the employee with relevant data – a number of the meal tickets (in the number of days or hours) and the deducted amount.
