n this file the number of representatives and the represented users or also the number of the works position´s representatives is set (It is used in case when the working position is free and it is important to approve the vacations, business trips etc.) The turning on/off of the interim employee is done in the section Deputizing.
The deputizing functions only within the requirements system (workflow).

Menu: Settings - Permission to deputize
With the help of the button “Add a new record” we weill create a number of representatives, represented users and represented working positions.

| Pokud má zaměstnanec zapnut tento typ zástupu, tak se mu načítají práva podle systemizace i s podřízenými ze zastupovaného prac. místa. Také mu chodí notifikační emaily z workflow s požadavky podřízených z tohoto místa a může je schvalovat. |
- Job role = A job role which will be represented.
- Represented = The user, who will be represented.
- Representative = A user who will represent the chosen user
- Time from = The setting of the date and time from which the representation will be valid.
- Time until = The seeting of the date and time till which the representation will be valid.
- Role = When turning on the representation the rights of the user will be set accoring to this role.
