Role

The Role is made in the „heavy“ application. The role if often made

  • "portal-employee" - this role will have the access in the portal only to the part „Employee“
  • "portal-senior employee" - „portal – senior employee“ – this role will have the access even to other parts of the portal and it will have the access to its subordinate employees.

Role and the employees

The assignment of the roles to the employees is made in the „heavy“ application. Each employee has to fall under some role. But it is also possible to use the setting in the configuration file – if the employee will not have the assigned role, he/she will be automatically assigned to the role which is listed in the configuration file.

Role and the rights for the menu

The assignment of the rights to particular menus for the role sis done in the portal. It is possible to choose the access with the given menu and a chosen role

  • Denied
  • Approved
  • Approved if the logged user is chosen

Loggin into the portal

Logging into the portal is done by filling in the username and password. Variant of the logging:

  • The username and the password will be determined by the administrator (in the „heavy“ application – The users of the KS Portal)
  • he username and the password will determine the user during the first logging („Registration of a new user“)
  • The user does not have to fill in the name and the password –Windows opening is used

The user can later change his/her password in the menu: Settings/User setting/Change of the password – The original password, the new password and the checking of the new password are filled in.

The senior employees – Access to the subordinate employees.

3 Variants for setting the access rights to the subordinate employees exist. The variant is determined by the value of the parameter in the portal „TypRadPrav“ (group General):

  • 1-Standard: These are set in the „heavy“ application, in the section of the access rights for the centres and personal numbers. The name of the user is chosen and the relevant entity is assigned. It is possible to use the filter for narrowing the users - „only the users of the portal“.
  • 2-According the systemization: The user of the portal will have the access to the subordinate employees according to the fact how he is included in the systemization. The systemization is created in the „heavy“ application.
  • 4-according the AD: according the Active Directory

Rights

To set the rights in the portal (Access to the menu: Settings/Rights) can only an authorized person (the person is marked in the configuration file as an administrator)

More Identification numbers

The access to the employee from various Identification numbers

The parameter “PristupNaVsechnyPodniky” (in the web configuration) can have these properties

  • "false" (default value) – The logged user has the access only to the employeesfrom the same company
  • "true" - the logged user has the access even to the employees from different companies (in one database – more Identification numbers)
