Requests is a summary name for entering the requirements of the employee from different areas and their following work with them – approval. System allows to user-define the approval process (workflow) in the requirements system.

Display

Menu: Employee > Requests

Types of the requests:

  • Holiday
  • Business trip
  • Compesatory leave - replaced by a newer type (requests for Absence) - ZapisNVKod
  • Training
  • Change of the personal data
  • Bonuses
  • Benefit
  • Absence - AbsenceKody
  • Storno absence - request to cancel an approved absence

Upgrade options

  • It is possible to sort the column by clicking on the heading of the specific column (ascending/descending/do not sort)
  • The context menu is displayed after clicking on the chart´s heading by the right button of the mouse.
  • The item „column“ enables to choose which columns will be displayed in the chart (the systém remembers the setting for the logged user)

It is possible to display the following columns:

Name of the column Meaning of the filter
delete
mark Possibility of marking all of the requirements in the table
Id It filters the requirements according to a specified id requirement
Request The possibility of filtering according to the requirement contents
Type It filters the requirements according to the chosen type
The date from It filters the requirements according to the specified initiation date of the requirement
The date till It filters the requirements accordint to the specified termination date of the requirement
From the day It filters the requirements according to the date of inserting the requirement by entering the period from-till
Solve to It filters the requirements according to the due date of solving the requirement by entering the period from-till
Period It filters the requirements according to the period to which the requirement belongs by entering the period from-till
Personal number It allows to filter according the personal number
Surname It filters the requirements according the user´s surname
Applicants It filters the requirements according the options in the drop-down list:
  • ALL
  • My and those addressed to me
  • Those of other employees
  • Only the direct subordinate.
  • My requirements
Main center It filters the requirements according the user´s main centre
State It filters the requirements according the chosen state
Changed It filters the requirements accoding the data of the last requirement change
User The possibility of filtering the requirements according the approver


Mass approval
The mass approval can be done above the same type of the requirement (We can choose the same type by the icon P-checkbox.png or by using the filter).

Deleting the requirement vs. Denial of the requirement

  • Deleting the requirement from the list of the requirements (by using the icon for deleting) P-ikona-smazat.png) will not cause any notification! No advice will be delivered to the employee. The usage of the deleting process is intended only for special cases. Actually, the right for the deleting process should have only an administrator of the system.
  • The correct denial of the requirement is done through the change of its state - the senior employee chooses the state denied and saves it.
