The employee asks for vacation. The superior employee either approves or disapproves the vacation.
Parameters
Other continuity of the approved vacations is influenced by parameter
- DovolSchvaleno (Requests) - possible values
- "a" -Entry to the „heavy“ application, into the agenda „Absence“
- "d" - Entry to the Attendance of the KS Portal
- different value - it will not have another continuity
Example
The Vacation process has three states in the following example:
- new
- approved
- denied
The employee enters the requirement for taking up the leave.
After entering the requirement the employee will be listed as an "applicant" either as a "user" of the current state of the process (in a concrete picture "Vaňková Libuše". The requirement will be in a red colour, meaning that it waits for another progress (approval/disapproval).
he senior employee (in the picture "Wrobel Zdeněk") will approve the requirement.
The former state of the requirement "new" will be changed to "approved" after approval of the requirement. Also the red colour will disappear. If the binding on other processes is set the record will be written into the KS Portal – Attendance or into the "heavy" application into the agenda "Absence" as a record – Now not only planned but even vacations (leaves) taken as a record.
If the period in the wages is set as a 03/2014 and the requirement for vacation is on some day (days) in May 2014, the record with the May days will be written and therefore it will not be elaborated in the wages 03/2014.
