Portal-Attendance-Terminal

Terminal Terminal is one of the ways how you can take the portal attendance.
The employee can see the data as with the classic time clock – the whole date, hour, day, his/her name. The employee chooses either “Arrival”, “Exit”, “Break” or another absence with help of the attendance buttons in the lower part. This data will be then recorded in the employee´s worksheet.

Display of the button in the terminal: Menu: Settings - Setting of the attendance - Items Only those attendance codes which have any other set value than "0" in the "order" field of the dial are displayed. The names of the buttons are taken from the names of the attendance codes. The colour of the button is adjustable in the codes dial – two numbers in a hexadecimal form, more about this here: http://www.jakpsatweb.cz/archiv/barvy-pojmenovane.html Other functionalities It is possible to choose the date, arrival and exit manually in the case that it is necessary to change or to fill in different data than are filled in the terminal. There is also the option to insert a short note related to a certain day. The leading employee can collectively set the data in the same way for a certain group of subordinates – The employee marks these employees in the list of employees and he ticks the "loading of the passage a/n" field which is displayed in the right lower part, below the list of employees.

The example of entering the attendance through the terminal (Interval entering) == The rule is that it is necessary to end the previous interval before beginning of another kind of presence/absence.

8:05 the arrival of stuff
10:00 leave for a check-up
13:10 rrival from the check-up
16:05 exit
