Menu: Settings - Parameters
The group "Attendance"
- MesZpet - How many seasons (Periods of time) back are allowed to display in the attendance.
- MesVpred - How many seasons (Periods of time) forward are allowed to display in the attendance.
- ZobrazObdobi - Which season (period of time) should be displayed in the attendance. Possible values: „m“ – payroll value (a default value, meaning the elaborated season (period of time) of the wages according to the standard application). „a“ – actual (according to the actual date on the Computer, „d“ – attendance (The user sets the attendance in the "KSportal" by the choice "Attendance/Deadline").
- EditDnyZpet - How many days back is the user allowed to correct the days in comparison with the current period of time – for example the value 50.
- PrenosOdprDoby - Whether the worked hours should be transmitted into the wages – the value „n“ (No – Default/ „a“ Yes).
- PrescasRucne - Whether to allow the manual determination of hours for the overtime. – the value „n“ (No – Default/ „a“ Yes). If the overtime is taken by using the code and in the case of taking the attendance by using the period (not interval), set the value „No“. In the case of the value „Yes“ the button for distribution of the overtimes will be displayed.
- PotvrzFondOK - ZWhether it is necessary to control the reported worked hours in comparison with the planned fund during the attendance deadline.
- PoPoměrech - It determines whether the attendance should be elaborated according to the ratio, „a“ – Yes; „n“ – No.
The group Requests
- Attendance - Turning on/ Switching off of the approval process for the attendance. Possible values „n“ (No)/ „a“ (Yes). The button for the confirmation of the attendance is not displayed in the monthly attendance taking if the set value is „No“.

The codes of bonuses are important for entering the attendance in intervals. In this place they are non - editable – they are loaded from different parameters and from the terms of the standard application (Menu: Settings – expansion parameters; (the group 3))
