The closure will internally close the attendance. It means that the closed month cannot be yet edited by the users.
The infomation about the closed months and about the actuall month are saved in the db chart "dch_uzaverka". In this way the administrator can exceptionally return back. For example the return from 08/2013 to 07/2013 on the platform MS SQL will do the order: delete from dch_uzaverka where obdobi = ´2013-07-01´. ;
