- Furthermore, if the user can edit a working position and its properties according to the rights, he can also edit only the working positions of his/her subordinates. This applies under the condition that the rights of employees are governed by systemisation. The working position of the user who has logged is determined. The description of this working position cannot be edited by the user. He can only edit the working positions of his subordinates according to the systemisation.
