he user chooses the certain period of time and under which organisational unit he wants to display the plan. The planned vacation of the employees´ is displayed after pressing the button 'create'. The data are loaded from the requirements for the vacation. The approved requirements are identified by the full colour, whereas the unapproved requirements are identified by the shaded colour. The vacation for the half-day is identified by the half coloured box.
