Customers´ types of requests:

  • validation
  • solving the conflicts

This is necessary to do for the right functionality:

1) Fill in the correct values in the dial Universal dials, specifically the items::

  • konflikt_interakce
  • konflit_směr
  • konflit_typ
  • konflit_G&I
  • konflit_vazby
  • konflit_whitle blowing
  • oddělení C&S - insert two values into the dial
1-It will mean that it belongs to "oddělení C&S"
2-Belonging to "C&S department" and furthermore, he will be the addressee (meaning solver) of the validation requirement and requirement of solving the conflicts. Text values are up to you. This dial is used in the descriptions of the working places for the property number 1003.

2) Do not forget to set a new property number 1002 which corresponds to the risk and add it to relevant working places.
3) In the payroll application start the single function number 133 and press the button "validation" and "conflicts" in it – the application will do the implicit setting for the approval process.

The following process applies for the validation: 1)Fill in the HR department
2)The info for the employees who are determined by the property number 1003 and the value 2 is leaving the C&S.
3)C&S will fill in other data and it will approve it. Then the form is closed or it will ask for a repair, complementing and then the info, for the employee who filled in the form, leaves.
4)The progress continues from the point 1) until the C&S approves the form.

The procedure for solving the conflicts is the same, but the employee himself announces his conflict instead of the HR department.
