Employee´s requirement for the change of his own personal data is solved as a part of the requirement process in the portal.
Settings
Initialization
It is necessary to do single setting of the agenda with help of the single function. During the setting you will be asked to enter the number of the working position. The authorized person will have this number (personalist) and he/she will approve the request for the change of the personal data. It is possible to enter only one working position. If there are "sitting" more employees on one working position, then anyone of these can approve the request.

- zmosudaju - it defines, whether the opportunity to ask for change of the personal data will be in the requirements. Values ´a´ - yes, ´n´ - no. Set this parameter on the value ´a - yes´
Entering the requirement
Employee – the submitter of the request – cannot edit the requirement after saving (this applies even for another types of the requirements)
Editing (approval/disapproval) can be done only by an authorized person (eventually by more persons) who has the number of the working place which you entered while setting the agenda.
The approval of the request causes the direct change of the data in the personal data of the employee.
