Types of the requests
More types of the requirements exist:
- Request for bonuse
- Request for holiday
- Request for attendance approval
- Request for compensatory leave
- Request for business trip
- Request for training
- Request for benefit

Approval of the request
Anyone, who has the approachable employee and his/her request, can approve the request.
Storno of the request
- Storno before the approval
If the request was not approved the editor can cancel it himself.
He must have the permission for manipulation with the record in a relevant step. The setting was done either as Setting (possible to repeat again), or User setting.
The user goes to editing of the requirement where he/ she can change the state to "Storno".
After saving this requirement with state = Cancel is displayed in the list of the requests. = Storno.
- Storno after the approval
In this case only approved requirements are offered. In the attendance part of the portal the attendance will be cancelled and at the same time the worked hours will be written instead of the attendance. This will happen after cancelling.
The user creates a new requirement of type “Storno of the attendance”.
In the displayed form the user chooses from the list the absence which he/she wants to cancel. It is important to enter the codes of the absences into the AbsenceKody parameter (Setting – Parameters)
A new record of type = cancelling the absence and of state = A new one waiting for approval is displayed in the list of the request after saving.
